Spicy and tangy आम का अचार (Mango pickle)
Summer is going on and I really enjoy my meals with this super easy, quick and tasty, Instant aam ka achar. It needs only 3 ingredients and you are ready to go with fresh homemade achar.
- Raw mango – 1 Cup
- Aachar masala – 1/2 Cup
- Oil – 6 TBS
- Heat oil until smoking point off the flame. let it cool down completely.
- Cut the mangoes in medium size of chunks.
- Now add achar masala, cut mangoes and oil to one glass bottle and close the lid the way oil won’t come out while shaking. (Use the cling wrap to prevent spilling like I did in video)
- Now close the bottle and shake it vigorously.
- Your tangy and spicy mango pickle is ready. You can have it right away or let it wait for 2-3 hours until taste of aachar masala and oil incorporated with mango chunks.
- Keep it in refrigerator after resting time.
- Enjoy fresh and easy homemade aachar in no time.
