Matar paneer in 5minutes

Quick Punjabi sabzi is like dream for everyone but make it with easy way and have it anytime. Combination of paneer peac with Punjabi masalas will make your dish delicious.

Ingredients

  • Oil – 2 TBS
  • Onion – ½ Cup
  • Tomato – 1 decided
  • Ginger – 2 inch
  • Garlci – 2 cloves
  • Green chilies – 2
  • Cloves – 5
  • Cinnamon stick – 1inch
  • Star anise (Badiya) – ½
  • Cardamom – 2
  • Coriander-cumin powder – 1½ TSP
  • Red chili powder – 1½ TSP
  • Kitchen king masala – ½ TSP
  • Kasturi methi – 2 TBS
  • Garam masala – ½ TSP
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ TSP
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Water – ¾ Cup
  • Green peace – 1 Cup
  • Paneer – 150 grams
  • Cream – 2 TBS

Method

  • Chop onion, deseeded tomato, ginger, garlic and green chilies together.
  • Heat up oil and add whole spices to it.
  • After sauté them for while add chopped mixture to it.
  • Mix all well and cook it with covered pan for 3 minutes on medium to high flame.
  • Keep stirring it in between.
  • Now add all the spices mentioned in ingredients and let all cook for 30 seconds.
  • Now add water to it and let the mixture boil.
  • Now add peas and paneer to it, mix it well and cook it with covered pot for 3 minutes.
  • Add cream. (Optional)
  • Serve it hot with naan.
