How to make homemade yogurt/curd


  • Milk – ½ gallon
  • Curd – ¼ to½ Cup


  • Boil the milk on high flame until it start to simmering.
  • After it proper hot and start to bubbling, off your stove and let it cool down 70% to 80%.
  • After it cool down, mix curd to milk well and keep it in vessel in warm place about 8 to 10 hours.
  • Refrigerate it after it done.
