How to make homemade yogurt/curd
- Milk – ½ gallon
- Curd – ¼ to½ Cup
- Boil the milk on high flame until it start to simmering.
- After it proper hot and start to bubbling, off your stove and let it cool down 70% to 80%.
- After it cool down, mix curd to milk well and keep it in vessel in warm place about 8 to 10 hours.
- Refrigerate it after it done.
