Guacamole – Mexican side dish

I think no one needs introduction of guacamole. Healthy and reach in fiber avocado make finest side dish let you feel on tour to Mexico(Just kidding but let me know if you feel…lol) while having it with tortilla chips or any Mexican cuisine.


  • Avocados – 2
  • Onion – 1 (Finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (Finely cut)
  • Lime juice – 2 TSP
  • Salt – pinch
  • Black paper – pinch


  • Cut avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avocado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients together and mix well.
  • Using a fork, mash the avocado.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix it well.
  • Serve it fresh.
