Green chutney, also known as coriander or hari chutney, is a refreshing Indian condiment that goes with nearly everything from samosas to chaat. At its core, green chutney is a puree of coriander, chilies and lemon juice with different regional variants calling for the addition of various spices and flavorings.
- Cilantro – Handful
- Mint leaves – half of the cilantro
- Cumin seeds – 1TSP
- Garlic – 3cloves
- Peanuts – 2TBS
- Green chilies – 5
- Lime Juice – 1TSP
- Salt – As per the taste
- Add all the ingredients to mixer and make chutney out of it.
- If you need, add couple of TBS of water to it.
- Keep refrigerate it and use within one week for best taste.
