Chilli paneer pizza

Chilli paneer pizza is fusion version of Indo-chinese recipe. It has indo-chinese pizza sauce which will give you entirely flavorful and spicy taste from typical types of pizza.

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough – For recipe visit http://crazy4veggie.com/Jalapeno_pineapple_pizza.php
  • Onion – Sliced (For topping)
  • Green and red bell papers – Sliced (For topping)
  • Mozzarella cheese – 1 Cup
  • For marinating paneer:
  • Paneer – 150 gram
  • Chili sauce – ½ TSP
  • Soya sauce – ½ TSP
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Corn starch and All-purpose flower – 1 TSP each
  • Water – 2 TSP
  • For pan frying paneer:
  • Oil – 2 TBS
  • For pizza sauce:
  • Oil – 1 TSP
  • Ginger – 1 inch, Finely chopped
  • Garlic – 3 cloves, Finely chopped
  • Green chili – 1, Finely chopped
  • Onion – 1/2 cup crushed
  • Soya sauce – 1½ TSP
  • Chili sauce – 1 TSP
  • Chili garlic sauce – 1 TSP (optional)
  • Vinager – ½ TSP
  • Tomato ketchup – 2 TSP
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Corn starch – ½ TBS + 1 TBS water
  • Water – 1 cup

Method

  • For marinating:
  • Cube paneer into ½ inch size.
  • Now mix all ingredients mention in marinating and mix it.
  • Add paneer cubes to it and coat paneer cubes with it.
  • Now cover vessel and rest paneer for marinating in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • For pizza sauce:
  • Add oil to pan and add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilies to it for 30 seconds.
  • Add crushed onions to it and cook it for 1 minute.
  • Now add chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, chili garlic sauce and tomato ketchup to it and mix well.
  • Add now water and let it boil.
  • Now add salt and mix water to corn starch and add this to sauce too.
  • Mix well and switch off flame. Sauce will going to thicken up as it will start to cool down.
  • For pan frying:
  • Add oil to pan and add marinated paneer cubes to it.
  • Pan fry it for 2 minutes until they golden brown and cooked.
  • Take those out on paper towel once they done.
  • For pizza:
  • Roll pizza in 14” baking tray and spread pizza sauce to it. (Sauce should be cool down)
  • Now add topping like onions, bell papers and paneer cubes to it and lastly add mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Now place pizza into oven with 450F preheated on bottom rack.
  • Cook it for 10 to 12 minutes or until its crust is properly cook and broil it on top rack for sometimes until cheese cook from top. (Keep eye on it while you broiling it cause it can burn pizza so fast. Few seconds of broiling will be enough)
  • Serve it hoooot….
